Paul Riehemann

Hawaii Ironman - 2006

Paul began participating in triathlons in 1984 and credits the sport for igniting his passion for wellness. Since then, Paul has completed more than 100 running and multi-sport events. These include 20+ marathons and nine Ironman competitions, with two Ironman World Championship races in Hawaii. His personal record in Hawaii is 10 hours, 19 minutes at age 44. Paul earned his certifications in nutrition counseling and personal training from the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NCCA accredited). He completed the National Wellness Institute’s Wellness Program Manager Certification and earned his coaching certification with a concentration in emotional intelligence through EQ Alive! A University of Wisconsin-Madison Executive M.B.A. graduate and trained facilitator, Paul enjoys leading workshops and helping organizations achieve their wellness goals. Paul is a Permanent Advisory Board Member for the Goodman-Rotary 50+ Fitness Program.
