Wellness for Life
(4-6 week, 60-90 minutes per week)
A lively and highly-interactive workshop that informs and inspires lifestyle changes. Topics include: nutrition, weight loss, exercise, PSMART goal setting and achievement, life balance, emotional intelligence, disease-prevention and stress management. By defining what is most important to you, you connect with your personal motivation for lifestyle changes. Basic enough to inform and motivate people just beginning their wellness journeys, yet advanced enough that wellness gurus experience “ah-ha” moments. An excellent "core course" for employee wellness programs.

Healthy Weight: Lose Inches, Gain Energy
(12 week, 60 minutes per week)
A workshop to create and support new healthy behaviors with a focus on weight loss. The five proven weight management ‘pillars’ used:

  - Finding your carbohydrate tolerance level (based on Dr. Phil Maffetone’s work)
  - Movement
  - Measure progress
  - Contract/commitment
  - Four-way support

The material in this holistic wellness program is similar to Wellness for Life and includes additional information on nutrition and weight loss. Weight is measured weekly along with resting heart rate. Participants also track their waist size.

Circle of Life
(4-6 week, 60-90 minutes per week or ½ day retreat)
A health action program that allows participants to assess 12 aspects of their life including Health Care, Nutrition, Stress Mastery, Work, Play, Environment, Self Esteem, Exercise, Relationships, Life's Purpose, Spirituality and Finances. Participants test their readiness for change, choose an aspect of their life that they would like to focus on, and create a Blue Print for Change. The Circle of Life process is powerful and profound. An excellent "core course" for employee wellness programs.

Wellness to Work
(1 hour – full day)
For all staff: Wellness and health promotion are hot topics these days. Join us in this fun and interactive workshop. Topics include: what is wellness?, your personal wellness journey, the benefits of worksite wellness, and emotional intelligence. You'll measure your Health Today Index and we'll conclude with action items for building a wellness culture at your workplace.

The Wellness Factor: Personal Benefits, Organizational Gains
(1 hour – full day)
For organizational leaders: Given our health care crisis, wellness and health promotion are hot topics these days. Join us to interactively explore topics including: health care problems and statistics, the benefits of worksite wellness for employees and you, emotional intelligence, and your personal wellness journey. You'll measure your Health Today Index and we'll conclude with action items for building a wellness culture at your workplace.

Walk It!
(Five 30 minute sessions over 7 weeks)
A structured and fun 6-week walking program for all ages. Program goal: participants walk more every day for the rest of their lives. Includes:
  - A premium pedometer that works. It can be carried in your pocket and is loaded with valuable features.
  - Five interactive and motivating 30 minute group sessions
  - A certificate of completion with special recognition for goal achievement.
An excellent "culture change initiator" for employee wellness programs.
